For its 9th exhibition, Espace Musées is pleased to welcome the Centre Pompidou – Musée national d’art moderne and to offer to the passengers of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport the chance to visit the exposition “Abstract Art from the 1950’s – The Collections of the Centre Pompidou”. The exhibition will highlight 21 major artworks of the Centre Pompidou – Collections from February 5th to September 10th 2018.

With this brand new exhibition, the Centre Abstract Art in the 1950Pompidou offers the visitor to rediscover the entire abstract movement as it has developed in Paris after 1945 with masterpieces of major artists from the abstract movements such as Auguste Herbin, Nicolas de Staël, Serge Poliakoff or Georges Mathieu, and through some artworks of Jean Arp, Jean Atlan, Olle Baertling, Roger Bissière, Alexander Calder, Jean Dewasne, Simon Hantaï, Richard-Paul Lohse, François Morellet, Aurélie Nemours and Judit Reigl.
